Ah. I bought a phone from Google Play Store. I go to enable WIFI hotspot and it says No Subscription. I used to use PdaNet to get around this but that doesn't seem to work on Nexus 6 anymore. I have Verizon Unlimited Plan yet and would like to get it working.

Even on the 3G model, the Nexus 7 could not be used as hotspot, but this functionality is enabled in the Nexus 2013 LTE model.
