I'm using spb Wireless Monitor to track my data usage on my HTC Diamond. Can't recall how much it cost, it wasn't a free program. Definitely cheaper than paying an overage fee from Rogers though. Rogers always clocks me slightly higher (not surprisingly) but overall it's pretty accurate.

You can also see your current internet plan, check usage history, manage usage alerts and change your internet plan. Rogers: Wireless, Internet, TV, Home Monitoring, and Home phone Open Internet Explorer. Click on the Tools menu (you may have to press Alt to bring up the menu). If the Compatibility View box is checked, click to remove checkmark. Click Tools again. Select Compatibility View Settings. Make sure "rogers.com" is not listed under "Websites you've added to Compatibility View." Close and reopen Internet Explorer.
