I have the same problem. I have the wireless unit and the most recent firmware update. If I have a blu-ray disc in the player, the Netflix feature will not work. If I eject the BD and try again, the netflix works fine. Not a show-stopper, but it is certainly annoying. I have not noticed the problem with DVD's, but I haven't tested that.
