I just moved into a new apartment. The previous tenant had Fios and I am able to connect to the internet without a problem using the old router. However, when I install the new router (which is the upgraded model) I am unable to connect to the internet. The "WAN Coax" light is green but the "Internet" light remains a steady orange.

This happens when there’s an issue with the router’s connection to your ISP, so it’ll work on the network but won’t have a valid public IP address as it can’t reach the internet. have you moved the pc around lately may have loosened the connection,try a replug and if that don't work right click on the connect and try to enable. past that I don't use wireless
