"If you disconnect all devices from a Wi-Fi Personal Hotspot, it turns off automatically." There's the answer - and this is the thing that annoys me. Why can't personal hotspot stay on until you decide to turn it off? Apple need to fix this as I'm sick of turning it off and on again every time I need to reconnect devices >:
